Ericsson has state-of-the-art tools to help the operator: - analyze competence needs from a business perspective - build and deliver an optimal competence development solution - evaluate the solution along the way against meaningful KPI’s to ensure that they are on target. Ericsson creates a clear line of sight from business objectives to the learning activities and visualizes the return on investment (ROI) of the training.
