At the education center in Malaysia, you will find the following facilities and assistance:

Phone calls, fax, internet
ECN calls and Internet connections are available for business needs and leisure at the student lounge. Overseas calls are made through our in-house public phone whereas fax transmission is upon request to our customer care service personnel. 

Registration
Course registration form is to be completed on first day of the course for records purposes.

Smoking
Ericsson practices smoke-free work environment in the building. Smoking is only allowed inside designated smoking rooms or out of the building.

Trainee ID
Trainee ID will be issued by reception or customer care personnel every morning when participants report to training. This pass must however be returned at end of day before leaving the building premises. Only valid card will allow someone entering the doors within the building.

Class hours
Class starts at 9 am and ends at 4 pm.
