Ericsson Learning Services, part of Business Unit Global Services, is one of the leading providers of learning solutions and technical training courses to the telecoms industry.

Ericsson Learning Services provide consultancy services that involve the analysis of training needs and the optimization of training services for Operators.  This service includes the full project management of Training Delivery.

Our Education Centers are known for well equipped classrooms and highly competent instructors.  We offer proactive, competitive expertise in competence development for customers and Ericsson employees.  We offer a broad portfolio of training courses, covering LTE, 3G Mobile Systems, IP Multimedia Systems, Data/IP, Service Networks & Applications and Optical Networks.  As well as Instructor-Led-Training (ILT), we offer Skills and Knowledge Transfer (SKT), On-the-Job Training (OJT) and customization services.

Our training coordinators will provide assistance in making course reservations and will provide information about our extensive portfolio.  We also arrange for courses to take place at customer premises, as well as coordinating course flows that will suit customer needs.
