The Partner Extranet is the common place for joint collaboration, information sharing and reporting. The customer portal is opened for customers who have signed an agreement with Ericsson Mobile Platforms stating rules for using the customer portal. The main target audience is key personnel involved in joint projects between Ericsson Mobile Platforms and our customers.

Partner Extranet access

You must have an individual user name and password. Employees within Ericsson Mobile Platforms or the customer organization should contact the Key Account Manager at Ericsson Mobile Platforms. To apply, send an e-mail stating your name, email address, phone number, department, position and your manager's name and e-mail address.

Project Space access

After you have received portal access you can apply for access to Project Space by applying to the Customer Project Manager at Ericsson Mobile Platforms. To apply, send an e-mail stating your name, email address, phone number, department, position and your manager's name and e-mail address.

Lost your password or user ID

Notify the support helpdesk at exactextranet.support@ericsson.com . You will in turn receive an email containing user-id and password.
