Ericsson customers are encouraged to tune in and watch two live one-hour presentations (09.00-10.00 GMT+1 and 15.30-16.30 GMT+1) which will look at optimizing organizational processes and procedures, and integrating resources.
There will be presentations by Lars Stuber, Key Account Manager, Market Unit Sub Saharan Africa, and Neil Kelly, Senior Radio Network Consultant from the Global Service Delivery Center in Dublin, Ireland.
Erika Collins, who will moderate the seminar, says there was positive feedback from customers who attended previous online seminars. "More than 2500 customers from more than 90 global operators took part in our online seminars last year," she says.
"Customers told us they got valuable information and insights into the company in just one hour. They said the seminars strengthened relationships with Ericsson and provided a forum to develop professional knowledge while avoiding spending on travel.
