





Ericsson Research and Southeast University (SEU) in China has signed an agreement in Nanjing, to carry out radio access research on advanced technologies that can enhance coverage, capacity and user experience for LTE advanced and beyond.

The first release of LTE (Long Term Evolution) is specified to improve services, make use of new spectrum and better integrate with other open standards.
Jan Färjh, vice president and head of Ericsson Research, says: "Mobile broadband is truly happening around the world and LTE gains a large momentum among operators and vendors.
