As of December 2006 Joachim Horn is the Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of T-Mobile International AG. He also serves as a Board member of the GSM Association. Horn joined T-Mobile in 2003 as the Technology Director for T-Mobile Germany and Head of Planning and Engineering for T-Mobile International. Prior to T-Mobile, Joachim held several senior management and engineering positions in the telecommunication sector.
