Working smarter
It does not pay to travel around the world unnecessarily. The gains of telecommuting are manifold: economic, social, and environmental. Even though technical solutions that help decrease carbon emissions by eliminating unnecessary travel have been around for some time, they have never been more in demand than now.

These technical solutions can be divided into different conferencing technologies: audio conferencing, the most widely used form of conferencing, web conferencing, webcasting, and video conferencing.
Today, a company’s sustainability strategy and its way of ‘walking the talk’ are important in attracting employees, especially young ones. Also, in this time of financial turmoil, organizations and their employees need even more efficiency. This is possible with teleconferencing because the tele-worker can interact wherever they are and as quickly as possible.

Sharp telework increase
