Ericsson POLA regulators reduce board space offering flexibility and cost cutting options

Expanding its point of load (POL) range of DC/DC regulators, Ericsson Power Modules has introduced two POLA devices that are amongst the smallest switching POL regulators available, and provide high efficiency and a host of features for ‘real needs’ applications at low cost.

Ericsson Power Modules opens center of excellence at its Asia Pacific and China base

As it celebrates the tenth anniversary of its operation in China (Ericsson Simtek Electronics), Ericsson Power Modules has launched its APAC (Asia Pacific and China) center of excellence. The center includes R&D, manufacturing, customer sales and service, and also project resources.

Ericsson today introduced the best-in-class power module in a quarter brick format. Ericsson Power Modules’ PKM4000BPI series DC/DC modules are world-leading for efficiency and power density, and deliver up to 33A at 12V in a quarter brick design.
