Mobile broadband benefits rural India (Video 4:09 min)
Ericsson launched a trial project called Gramjyoti in 2007 in villages in and around the city of Chennai. Ericsson has setup India’s first HSPA-powered rural broadband demo network, that delivers 3G technology and fast speed internet access to village life.
