Ericsson will hold a media briefing on August 13 at 8:30 a.m CET in connection with the company's upcoming road show for the ongoing rights offering.
During the briefing, Ericsson's Chairman Michael Treschow, President and CEO Kurt Hellström and CFO Sten Fornell will provide information about the investor road show.
The briefing is intended for media, and is held at Ericsson headquarters, Telefonvägen 30, Stockholm.
As announced on Friday, the Registration Statement on Form F-3, filed with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the US has been declared effective by the SEC. Further, Stockholmsbörsen (the Stockholm Stock Exchange) approved on Friday the international prospectus.
