Invitation to press and analyst conferences for
Ericsson’s fourth quarter report 2006

Ericsson's (NASDAQ:ERIC) financial report will be released at 7.30am, Central European Time (CET), on February 2, 2007.

PRESS CONFERENCE AND LIVE WEBCAST

The press conference will begin at 9am CET at Ericsson headquarters, Torshamnsgatan 23, Kista, Sweden. Ericsson President and CEO Carl-Henric Svanberg will comment on the results and take questions, together with Executive Vice President and CFO Karl-Henrik Sundström. The press conference is open to journalists and analysts.

CONFERENCE CALL FOR ANALYSTS, INVESTORS AND MEDIA

The conference call for financial analysts, investors and media will begin at 2pm CET (1pm UK time, 8am Eastern Time U.S. and 9pm local time Japan). Svanberg and Sundström will comment on the results and take questions.


Please call in at least 15 minutes before the conference call begins. Because there is usually a large number of callers, it might take some time before you are connected.
