In my previous post, I discussed the rise of the Millennial Generation as a driver for change: a change towards positive impacts and societal development. Millennials believe that corporations should create economic value for society and shareholders simultaneously. They’re more likely to purchase from a company that supports a social cause they care about because they think more highly of them. Millennials are also willing to show their leadership skills.
