Lingaraj Patil has been working in Ericsson for 11 years and is leading the new consultative and engagement marketing in Ericsson’s IP and Broadband division. His primary focus is on building innovative business models for new service introduction by the operators. He has built highly acclaimed business model tools for monetizing two powerful trends in the industry, fixed broadband and mobile broadband explosion. He has come up with creative business models that can be adopted for profitable Fiber-To-The- Home (FTTH) rollout and smart phone introduction. Prior to this, he was part of an Ericsson program pffice tasked with boosting sales from seven companies that Ericsson acquired in 2006 and 2007. He also has strong engineering background, with hands on design and development experience. He holds a patent for an innovative auto call rerouting feature (patent 7,313,087). Ajay Saini is the Product Marketing Manager for Broadband Access at Ericsson. Ajay has worked on fixed solutions in various capacities for 12 years. His past experience includes network design, sales & business development, FTTx consultancy and IP Networks configuration. He joined Ericsson in 2001 and is working closely with global market sales, creating deep fiber solutions for major operators in partnership with solution and sales managers for fixed wireline access. Massimo Enrico is responsible for network management's strategic marketing and communications for Ericsson’s IP and broadband product portfolio. Alan Repech works as Marketing Manager Transport Networks and Mobile Backhaul at Ericsson in Silicon Valley in San Jose, CA with focus on optical networks and microwave within mobile broadband and fixed broadband and convergence. Tomas Hasselrot is a Product Marketing Manager at Ericsson. He joined the company in 1989 and has worked with Packet Core Networks for the past five years. During the Mobile World Congress 2009, he represented Ericsson in this field and took part in the company’s launch of its Evolved Packet Core portfolio. In 2008 he published a white paper entitled Traffic Inspection for Visibility, Control and New Business Opportunities, which became one of the most frequently downloaded papers on Ericsson’s website. Prior to taking up his current position, Hasselrot was stationed in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and delivered network planning and optimization services throughout Southeast Asia. He also has experience from operation & maintenance consulting and system verification projects.

Christian Vogt is a senior marketing manager at Ericsson Silicon Valley with responsibility for Ericsson's IP edge router portfolio. His work includes marketing strategy, marketing communications and technical marketing. One focus of this work is the convergence of the previously separate fixed and mobile parts of the internet. Another is the transition of the internet from IP version 4 to IPv6. Christian has been working with network operators and the standardization community on the IPv6 transition, and is currently leading a marketing strategy project on the subject within Ericsson. Christian is currently pursuing an MBA at the Wharton business school. He received his doctorate from the University of Karlsruhe in 2007. Christian also holds an MSc from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Bonn.

With more than a decade of telecom vendor experience, Matthew is currently responsible for Ericsson's vision on IP Networking, ranging across segments such as: Optical & Microwave Transport, Mobile Backhaul, Carrier Ethernet, IP Routing, Mobile Core, and Broadband Access. For the five years leading up to his move to the US in early 2010, Matthew had led the Optical Product Marketing function for Ericsson and Marconi, and prior to that had held various roles in Product Line Management. Matthew graduated from Loughborough University in 2000, and in his early years as a product manager he drove the introduction of NG-SDH, Ethernet technologies to the market-place.
