Unless of course you secure a place on our graduate programme, in which case that’s exactly what you’ll be doing over the course of 18 months. You’ll join us at the frontiers of technology – the outer reaches of innovation. It’s not easy, which is why we need graduates with a pioneering spirit to help us explore.

Our structured yet flexible training programme will equip you for your role, developing you in three key areas: Personal Traits, General Skills & Knowledge and Professional. Here’s a snapshot of each.

Personal Traits: Whatever your strengths, we’ll help you find ways to build on these and develop in areas where you’re keen to improve.

General Skills & Knowledge: We’ll provide you with a variety of ‘soft skills’ training in areas where you’ll need expertise. This includes presentation, influencing, negotiation and innovations skills. We’ll also give you a good overview of our business: an insight into the telecommunications market, with briefings from those who drive our strategy forward. You’ll also gain a thorough understanding of how our different departments work together.

Professional: Whichever area you choose to join, you’ll have a technical training path designed for you, ensuring you gain technical expertise. This will be done in conjunction with your manager and your broader development plan.
