Whilst we have put a thorough development scheme in place for you, we expect you to take the initiative and to contribute to the program as much as possible.
Most importantly, throughout the program we expect to see you developing your skills and expertise and working with perseverance to fulfill our vision of Ericsson as the prime driver in an all-communicating world.
You should demonstrate excellent performance throughout the scheme and continued excellence in your career with Ericsson. As with all development, this can only be successful if you actively take responsibility for your own development to succeed in your existing and future roles within the company.
