BRINGING OUT THE LEADER IN YOU

JOIN THE ERICSSON GLOBAL R&D GRADUATE PROGRAMME

(including International Assignments)

We are looking for two talented individuals who have the drive and passion to take our business into the future. This is a challenge you do not want to miss.  You will pick the brains of the best technical specialists in the world and you will be part of a network of future Ericsson leaders who come from a diverse range of cultures.

Research and development (R&D) is at the heart of everything we do.  This is where we show what we are best at: delivering cutting-edge technology and services to anyone, anywhere, worldwide. Our success relies on what our dedicated engineers achieve. But we also need people who can see the bigger picture and who can lead others in the right direction.

We believe that you might be one of them!  If you have the potential to become a leader, we will put you on the right path and give you the skills and knowledge to build a solid foundation for a future career within R&D.  During the course of 18 action-packed months, we will put you through a number of exciting and challenging projects where you will be able to put into practice everything you have learned.  These assignments will mostly take place at sites overseas, but also in the UK.

Your ideas and fresh perspectives are crucial to our success. Within five years of starting the programme we hope to see you develop into your first leadership position. However, it is up to you to ensure that you grow into a leader who is an inspiration to others and who works determinedly to fulfil our corporate vision.

Are you ready to take on the challenge?
