Ericsson has developed two services to provide for your technology and business needs:

- Training Programs: encompasses a full range of pre-defined flows and courses.

- Learning Solutions: aligns competence investment with operator strategy and business goals for increased Return on Investment (ROI). Two components of the Learning Solutions service are also offered as stand-alone services: Structured Knowledge Transfer (SKT) and Competence Consulting.

- SKT is an on-the-job program that focuses on mentoring individual employees in their actual work environment for optimized competence transfer.
- Competence Consulting is a service that analyzes an operator's training and performance needs based on the operator's business requirements. The outcome is a Competence Gap Analysis Report.

Ericsson offers training anytime, anywhere - at Ericsson education centers, customer sites, online through the virtual classroom or by self-paced training through a web portal. Practical training on equipment can be delivered remotely through Remote Training Lab.

Ericsson Education Ireland, as part of Global Services and Ericsson Education, is one of the leading providers of training solutions to the telecoms industry. These solutions create business value by enabling operators and service providers to develop and manage competence in an effective and efficient manner. With regional partners in Ireland, UK, Lebanon, Spain, Turkey and South Africa we have increased flexibility in meeting our customers' needs while optimizing the resources at each site.

In addition to a broad portfolio of training courses, covering Mobile Systems, Multi-Service Networks, Data/IP, Service Networks & Applications, Open Systems, and Business Services, Ericsson Education provides a range of competence managed value-adding services that can be customised to meet specific business needs. We are also the Competence Centre for Ericsson Education Online.

All Ericsson Education instructors are fully qualified and certified. Their training includes periods of practical work with different operators so that they gain experience in the subjects they will subsequently teach.

Our Guest Services staff ensure that the period a student spends with us is productive and enjoyable. Guest Services arrange student outings, and provide travel and accommodation assistance. Everything possible is done to ensure that your employees get the most out of their training, thereby making them more qualified, capable, and effective.
