Backhaul requirements for current and next generation wireless networks are becoming important, fueled by the increase in wireless data traffic. The Ericsson Experience Center features a complete backhaul solution comprising of Minilink Microwave Transmission equipment along with Redback SmartEdge-based Ethernet and TDM aggregation. This solution is available for current deployment.
In the area of fixed broadband networks that are advancing to provide interactive and personalized TV, the Ericsson Experience Center features a next generation broadband television solution comprising of GPON-based access and IMS/DLNA-based interactive TV, complemented by a complete video encoding and content workflow system from Tandberg Television. Ericsson’s GPON-based deep fiber solutions are available for current deployment.
Also on display is a complete suite of mobile content delivery solutions that can be customized and integrated for various applications. Based on Ericsson’s Mobile Service Delivery Platform, this solution offers the ability to deliver all types of multimedia content and is integrated with campaign management, voting and charging systems.
Ericsson’s experts covering the above areas and the entire professional services suite comprising of network and system design, integration, verification, deployment and management are available on-site for consultation and support.
