Our mission & commitment
Management Commitment: A Message from Angel Ruiz, President & CEO

At Ericsson Inc., attracting and retaining a diverse base of employees and suppliers is key to our success.

Ericsson Inc. is committed to actively seeking out and enabling Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Small Businesses (hereby collectively referred to as “Diverse Suppliers”) to qualify for and compete successfully in providing goods and services to Ericsson. Opportunities for suppliers to work with Ericsson include installation and testing, transportation and construction, as well as professional and other services.

I strongly support our company's supplier diversity program. Our suppliers are an important part of helping Ericsson improve our supply chain and ensuring that we can honor delivery commitments to our customers.
I encourage my entire management team to continue to educate the organization on the importance of supplier diversity, and to seek out Diverse Suppliers that meet our standards for quality, service, and price. I also ask each and every employee to support diversity initiatives and make supplier diversity an integral part of our business process.
Diversity brings unique talent and perspective to our organization, fosters innovation and creativity, and is important to our local community. Our supplier diversity program is an example of our commitment to partnering with our customers, suppliers, and local communities to achieve excellence throughout all aspects of our business.
