Early Career Program

Overview

We have two Early Career Program, designed for recent graduates who already have some professional experience and an outstanding record. These Programs are intended to give your career added momentum at just the right time – maximizing the business skills you’ve gained so far, adding more to your repertoire and equipping you to make an impact on the global stage.

These are elite development programs designed for only the very highest achievers. Both of our Programs run for 18-months and we have opportunities for people who want to specialize in technology or for those who aspire to a broader commercial role. In each case, we offer opportunities to progress into a global leadership role so we’re looking for genuinely ambitious people. You must already be on the curve to a global career, capable of influencing, challenging and leading within a cutting-edge business.

Innovate Graduate Technology Program

  • INNOVATE focuses on technology leadership. Our aim is to attract and develop the most talented, innovative and creative technology minds on the planet. You’ll work with inspiring, like-minded people, pioneers in our business and advanced thinkers in their chosen fields. You’ll engage with the most challenging project work around, collaborating to solve some of the most difficult issues we face as consumers, businesses and societies.

    As part of our vision for The Networked Society, we are dedicated to recruiting the most talented, innovative and inventive minds in the technology sector. We offer opportunities to work with world-leading teams in mobile networks, broadcasting, cloud and ICT. There’s the freedom and autonomy you need to try new ways of working, be experimental and be entrepreneurial. Excellerate Global Leadership Program

  • Ericsson thinks globally. The way we work, the way we implement, we embrace opportunity on a grand scale and we need people with the vision and ambition to share that global perspective. EXCELLERATE is an opportunity to engage with commercial projects at a strategic and global level. During an 18-month development program, you will gain real insight into our business, our customers and how we integrate end-to-end solutions.

    Through Excellerate, you’ll gain a helicopter view of the various dimensions of Ericsson operations, rotating around different functions internationally and understanding exactly what it takes to be a globally oriented leader. From the start, you’ve got to thrive on early responsibility, embrace freedom and autonomy and show real leadership to solve problems. So we’re looking for people who can seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions.

    Upon completion of the Program, you will have the skills to lead virtual global teams, drive exciting projects forward and become a leader in how The Networked Society develops.
