‘I came to work at Ericsson 19 years ago because I was fascinated by the Ericsson brand and by its leadership in the telecom domain. I have stayed on because it is so much more than I expected. The depth of thought leadership here and the adherence to its Core Values have helped me to develop a far better and more holistic understanding of how large successful businesses are managed.
In my role, I help coordinate various delivery units, and a critical part of this is stakeholder management both internally and externally. Telecom networks these days are the lifeline for the subscribers, and their perception of how efficiently and smoothly our systems operate have a huge impact on our customers’ brands and businesses. It’s important that Ericsson comes through for them in every way, and we do that through continuous evolution of the technology and rising to new levels of services. My whole team is working towards this larger goal, and we have developed new skills that have helped us to stay competitive in a fast-paced marketplace. Moreover as Ericsson spends a significant amount in R & D, we have the tools in place to stay at the forefront of technology.
