'I have been at Ericsson for two years, I have been supporting sales in the OSS/BSS area for the past year. At Ericsson, it is the people who have made my work here so inspirational. In the past, I have worked for multi-national companies where employees around the world sometimes can feel disconnected from one another. This is not so at Ericsson. I did not expect people at such a big company to be so helpful, but that is exactly the way they are. I can contact colleagues at any Ericsson office anywhere to collect information that I need, and I know they will come through for me. Having that great support makes doing my job so much more enjoyable.
This comes directly from the culture that the company works to nurture. Ericsson is a very open company where people are multi-cultural and respect the differences of others. This comes right from the leadership who set the tone for respect, motivating others and fostering constructive, positive relationships.
In my future at Ericsson, I’m looking forward to breaking through in the OSS/BSS area in Japan. This will be a big challenge because many of the relationships are already established. But I am excited for the challenge, especially knowing that I have the support of a strong company like Ericsson behind me. I know I will have great opportunities to learn and get involved with technologies in new business areas, and I am excited that Ericsson offers the chance to work anywhere in the world. Important notice: fraudulent job offers
It has come to our attention that emails and job adverts have been created and circulated by unknown individuals for the purpose of attempting to defraud candidates.
