Lets celebrate the extraordinary dedication shown of our Field Service Operatives. Adam Gordon is accepting an MBE on behalf of everyone on his team, everyone at Ericsson, and everyone in an industry that has gone far beyond the call of duty to keep Britain connected in 2020.

Recognition for Ericsson’s network hero in Queen’s Birthday Honours

Head of Ericsson’s Field Services Organisation, Adam Gordon is appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE). Recognition comes as a result of incredible work of more than 400 field engineers and operatives to maintain voice and data services during the pandemic to ensure UK connectivity.
