Vice President and Head of Managed Services at Ericsson Middle East & Africa

Eva Andrén

Eva Andrén is the Vice President and Head of Managed Services for Ericsson Middle East and Africa (MMEA). She joined Ericsson in 1990 and has more than 25 years of experience in leading organizations and people in a global environment with specific expertise in the areas of commercial management, crisis management, logistics, financial flow management and change leadership.

Eva Andrén oversees the Managed Services business within MMEA, where she gives corporate and strategic direction in this space. Globally, Ericsson provides managed services in more than 100 countries supporting approximately one billion subscribers. Eva facilitates company activity around the optimization and management of networks for operators in the region. She has been successful is leading all efforts to streamline operations, strengthen the managed services portfolio offering and value proposition, thereby enabling profitable growth.

She is an enthusiast fueled by a constant drive for business efficiency across organizations to reach holistic and smart business decisions and results.

Before holding her current position, Eva was the Vice President and Head of Group Sourcing. For Ericsson, Responsible Sourcing works to ensure that business is conducted responsibly across the supply chain. This includes auditing suppliers to make sure they comply with our Ericsson code of conduct. The result is risk mitigation for Ericsson, our suppliers and customers which in turn secures a commercial advantage for our business.

Eva was awarded the European Institute of Purchasing Management (EIPM) award for the Organization of the year. Later in 2014, she was awarded the Post Nord Logistics Award for Risk management.

Eva graduated from Umeå University Business School and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Uppsala. She is also member of the Board for LFV, Air Navigation Services of Sweden.
