Iwan Stella

Stella is passionate about transforming complex cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, both regionally and globally. He is known for applying lean and agile methods and enabling transparency, clarity of intent, efficiency and leader-leader culture with focus on continuous learning. 

Stella has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry particularly in areas such as sales, commercial management and customer relations.

He started his career at Ericsson Italy in 1998, and over the course of the past 23 years he has held a number of key sales and commercial roles across several geographies within the organization.  In last three years Stella has led and transformed the Commercial Management function in Ericsson both in Business Area Networks and in Market Area Europe and Latin America. In 2018 and 2019, as Head of MELA Commercial Management, Stella led the 5G introduction with customers in the market, gaining extensive experience in 5G rollout globally.

He also served as a member of the Extended Business Partner Review Board for MELA from 2017 and a member of the Sensitive Business and Trade Compliance Board representing Business Area Products from 2014 to 2016.

Stella graduated from Padova University, Padua, Italy, with a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (TLC).
