Natalia Mochales

Mochales is a qualified attorney with extensive international experience, including but not limited to, compliance, risk management and business transaction negotiation, in the fields of building materials and mining industries, advertising, and telecommunications. She is quadrilingual (Spanish, English, French and Italian).

She has a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing global compliance programs; improving and implementing new processes and procedures in extremely decentralized networks.

Prior to her current role, Mochales was Regional Compliance Officer for LafargeHolcim Group in the Middle East and Africa, where she led the execution of compliance programs focusing on prevention, detection and remediation measures.

Mochales is a Law School graduate from the University of Cadiz and holds an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IE).
