At Ericsson, we are all change makers. We have long supported the creation and development of Employee Resource Groups which are led by our people with a mission to advocate for causes that are important to us and the wider community.

Ericsdotter was established in 1993 as a network for women at Ericsson and we are today over 1500 members. Ericsdotter groups are present in Sweden (Stockholm, Linkoping, Karlskrona, Lund and Gothenburg), in Spain (Madrid), India (Bangalore)  and under establishment in Germany, China, Japan and Australia.
