As a company we are naturally diverse as we operate in 180 countries and have 166 nationalities represented in our workforce. We strive to create an environment where our people can work more effectively across cultures by providing the resources and training necessary to build and manage high performing teams across the world.

The 10 nationalities with the largest representation among our global workforce are: Indian, Chinese, Swedish, American, Romanian, Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, German and Polish.
