A study released by the Stanford Graduate School of Business shows that it pays out to increase diversity in a company. The researchers looked at how the share prices reacted to diversity announcements made by firms in the tech and finance sector.


Merriam-Webster has officially added the non-binary pronoun “they” to their dictionary. The word can be used for a single person who does not identify as male or female.

Gender Parity

The aviation industry is one of the most male-dominated industries, and globally almost 95% of the commercial pilots are men. Interestingly, drone companies are now disrupting the industry – and with them, a shift in gender balance is likely to come. Read more here.
