Inclusion

With so many people working from home right now, managers need to adapt and change the way they are leading. How can we offer an inclusive environment and help our people feel that they belong? This is a great article from my colleague Dan Kerber on how to lead with empathy.

Racism

With the coronavirus spreading rapidly across the world, there is also a rise in racism against Asians, especially in the US. Asian-Americans are experiencing verbal assaults, physical harassment and some business are even denying services. Read more here.

Disability representation in the media is very important, especially for children. Two-leg dog Lieutenant Dan was just voted 2020 Cadbury Bunny in their yearly competition.

The 21st of March was Down Syndrome Day. Watch this sweet video of 13-year old figure-skater Ornela from Latvia, who is planning to compete in the Special Olympics World Games in 2021.
