We know that we cannot debias people - but we can debias systems and processes. Interesting article how a U.S. law firm took a close look at biases in its performance reviews, and how two simple changes ended up making a significant difference.

Equality in Tech

According to a new report from the career website Dice, the tech industry continues to battle with gender and racial discrimination. In a recent survey, 57% of the women working in tech responded that they had experienced gender discrimination (versus 10% of men), and 48% of the Black respondents had experienced racial discrimination (vs 9% of the White respondents).
