Mental Health

The pandemic (and everything that comes with it) is certainly taking a toll on people’s mental health. This new global survey is looking at what different countries are worried about the most.

Gender

Gendered language can stop women from applying to jobs or progress in their careers. Interesting article about the latest research and what companies can do to be more gender-inclusive.

Belonging

The world of work is changing, and a lot of companies are planning to move to so-called hybrid ways of working, which allow more flexibility and options to work remotely (partially). But how can you foster belonging in such an environment? Good insights in this HBR article!

Inclusion

Some great food for thought from Smith College professor Loretta J. Ross, an African American activist. In this TED talk, she speaks about calling people in (or on) - instead of out. Please watch!
