A lot of workers don’t truly disconnect while being on leave, often due to the fear of missing out. Some companies, for example, Deloitte, now periodically shut down completely to allow their employees to rest. Read more here

Inequity

According to this HBR articlemanagers often fail to see inequity. While they usually acknowledge that the problems exist in general - they fail to recognize inequity in their own organizations. Worth reading!  

Well being

Insightful article about AI and burnout – while the expectation is that AI can help with mundane tasks and lighten heavy workloads, there are concerns that workers might simply fill these spaces with other busywork.

Gender bias

A new advert from French telecom company Orange went viral last week – challenging perceptions and exposing gender bias in football. Worth watching!
