Language bias 

Augmented-writing platform Textio just published a new reportLanguage Bias in Performance Feedback”, showing that women and people of colour receive the lowest-quality feedbackmaking them more likely to leave their organizations. Worth reading!

Well being

Gender parity

According to the latest Global Gender Gap Report, it will take an estimated 131 years to reach full parity at the current trajectory. Last week, leaders met at SDIM23 (WEF’s Sustainable Development Impact Meetings 2023) to discuss accelerating progress on gender parity. Watch the session here.
