AI bias

Recent research from the University of Washington indicates that AI models like ChatGPT-4 can exhibit bias against individuals with disabilities when evaluating their resumes. The study also revealed that while efforts to mitigate bias showed some promise, these measures did not equally benefit all types of disabilities. Read more here.

Interesting study about new hires and psychological safety. Psychological safety is crucial for new hires, but research shows they lose this feeling more quickly than experienced colleagues. To address this, leaders should understand newcomers' vulnerabilities and consistently work to maintain their psychological safety.

Women empowerment

Many women in India are facing the challenge of having to travel long distances to fetch water as nearby wells and water sources dry up. This has a significant impact on their ability to work.
