Meet our three Principal Developers

In this blog post, we would like to introduce you to our three Principal Developers at Ericsson Hungary who all play an important role as mentors, role models and coaches. We have sat down with them for a quick interview to get to know them and their work a bit better.

Principal Developers lead by example and influence engineers, product experts, upper management as well as business stakeholders while also contributing to strategic planning.

Based on their extensive engineering experience, they have a strong and positive influence across our organization, which they demonstrate through their excellent communication skills.

To bring the most innovative ideas to the table, they also need to rely on their creativity to break down product plans to technology development requirements to drive the evolution of our products forward.
