During his career at Ericsson, Banian most recently served as Marketing Communications Director of Business Area Digital Services, which, among other responsibilities, involved providing solutions using cloud and IP communication to modernize, digitalize and shape new business models for communications service providers worldwide. Prior to that, he led the Group Strategy Engagement, which involved engaging stakeholders and identifying strategic growth areas. During the years 2009-2014 Banian held the position as head of Global Brand Management, building up a global team including best in class brand framework to drive marketing transformation.
During his career with Ericsson, he has held a variety of regional and global positions in business development and strategy, marketing and communication, and brand management.
Banian holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
