Gábor Rétvári

Gábor Rétvári is a Hungarian electrical engineer and computer scientist, doing research in Internet communications and networking. He received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) in 1999 and 2007. He is now a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Telecommunications and Media Informatics, BME. His research interests include all aspects of network routing and switching, the programmable data plane, network security, and the networking applications of computational geometry and information theory. He maintains several open source scientific tools written in Perl, C, and Haskell
