Joanna is involved in Ericsson projects, as a consultant, since year 2004.

Started her journey as a third line support engineer for issues related to GSM operators’ networks. Later on, gained experience in testing software for Base Station Controller. In year 2010 changed her career path from technical to management, starting with Team Leader role and after few years became independent Line Manager for software development section within 2G projects.

She joined Ericsson company in 2016 and is now holding a role of Line Manager and Product Owner for 2 agile Teams in R&D Center in Krakow, Poland, still holding firmly with GSM operations . Interested in Lean and Agile topics, defining her style as servant leadership. Apart from primary duties, involved in Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility activities in the company, mainly within Diversity and Inclusion area. Together with some more colleagues from Ericsson Poland, acting as a mentor in IT for SHE program driven by Perspektywy foundations.

Privately, Joanna is the mother of three kids and active enthusiast of few sport disciplines, most of all race biking, running and swimming, with some recent achievements in amateur triathlon competitions.
