Natalie Mellin is a consultant with the Ericsson Employee Experience & Employer Brand team. Currently based in Stockholm, Sweden, she has a background in working for several technology and Fortune 500 companies over the last decade. She has played a central role in creating awareness and reshaping the conversation about what Diversity and Inclusion means, how we truly move the needle, and how it's connected to values, company culture and employer brand.
