Ziad has 25 years of experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology Industry holding Senior and executive positions in Sales and Presales, Business& Strategy consultancy and System Integration for several multinationals such as France Telecom R&D, Norconsult, Telcordia Technologies and Ericsson. Ziad has steady career path with extensive customer relationships at Decision Makers and CxO level, vast knowledge of the Telecommunication Industry in both B2B and B2C and proven deep experience in OSS and BSS.
