Practices

Our professionals work within 4 practices: Consulting and Learning Services, Digital Transformation Services, Network Applications and Cloud Infrastructure, and ADM, ITO and BPO:

Ericsson Consulting and Learning Services professionals generate deep understanding of an operator’s needs, competencies and capabilities before engaging our specialists in large transformation projects and initiatives to fill organizational gaps.

Ericsson’s Digital Transformation Services practice provides services across the entire value chain, from systems integration, adaptation and customization, to automation services that reduce the IT software development life cycle. Dedicated digital transformation teams of architects, integration experts, and software developers help operators with products and services that support network telecom service orchestration, provisioning, and inventory management.

Professionals working in this practice assist with implementation of advanced and flexible networks to support fast introduction of differentiated offerings that tap new value chains. This includes developing the required cloud infrastructure and associated operational capabilities in addition to migrating existing applications and services to the new infrastructure.

The Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) service leverages Ericsson’s experience in business models, value chains, business processes, service architecture, solutions and platforms to cost-efficiently develop and maintain business-critical applications. Through our ADM service, operators can ensure life-cycle management and safely evolve their solutions to match changing business, technology and operational demands.

IT and Business Process Operations professionals operate and maintain data centers and cloud environments on behalf of our customers and provide services such as hosting; management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure; virtualization; security; governance; and resource allocation

It has come to our attention that emails and job adverts have been created and circulated by unknown individuals for the purpose of attempting to defraud candidates.

Potential candidates should be wary of approaches that appear to be offering a job for which they have not applied, especially if personal details or money must be sent in order to proceed with the recruitment. Neither Ericsson nor any commissioned third parties recruit in this manner. Such approaches are almost certainly fraudulent attempts to gain details of identity for illegal use.

Ericsson is taking all necessary steps to investigate this matter further.
