Underpinning everything we do – from large scale network management and maintenance through to innovations in cloud and connectivity – depends on our ability to deliver. Our Project Managers lead virtual teams, providing robust processes, methodologies and best practice to ensure that projects are delivered to budget, to timescale and to quality standards. Here’s a comment from one of our employees:
"The best thing about working at Ericsson is that it is like a mini version of the world, only better. People from different countries, with different cultures and beliefs, come together, work together and share values. We all unite around the same goal: the goal of making our customers successful."
Project management roles
The Project Manager leads a temporary organization towards project goals and manages the project in terms of scope, time, costs, risks and quality. A Project Manager defines the work in the project and takes full accountability for the planning, execution and conclusion of a project assignment. By monitoring, controlling and reporting progress according to applicable process, the Project Manager ensures that the project delivers a beneficial result according to a project assignment and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Here’s a comment from one of our employees:
"I feel that my managers are constantly encouraging me to take on greater responsibilities and challenges. Moving outside of my comfort zone has allowed me to grow much faster on a personal level and in my role as Project Manager. Another great source for my development has proven to be all the skilled and highly motivated members of my project. It is really fun to work together with them and it gives me tons of energy every day."

Important notice: fraudulent job offers
It has come to our attention that emails and job adverts have been created and circulated by unknown individuals for the purpose of attempting to defraud candidates.
Potential candidates should be wary of approaches that appear to be offering a job for which they have not applied, especially if personal details or money must be sent in order to proceed with the recruitment. Neither Ericsson nor any commissioned third parties recruit in this manner. Such approaches are almost certainly fraudulent attempts to gain details of identity for illegal use.
Ericsson is taking all necessary steps to investigate this matter further.
