As we joined the global community to celebrate International Women’s Day, we continued our commitment to:

We celebrated International Women’s Day 2018 in many ways throughout the week of March 8. Ericsson employees participated in activities and events at Ericsson offices all over the world.

The Living Library

The Living Library is a platform for connections, where you can “read” and be inspired by Ericsson employees! And as our library is full of living books, conversations and exchange of ideas are not only possible, but encouraged! more

Ericsson Executive Women Panel Discussion

Ericsson female executives were featured in a panel discussion session where employees listened to their insights and thoughts and brainstormed ideas together on how to improve gender balance.

Women in Engineering and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers

Mentoring Circles

Ericsson’s Mentoring Circles focused on the question, “What can I do to promote inclusion and reinforce positive change?” Ericsson employees held discussions about the culture, climate and behaviors as they impact the #PressforProgress International Women’s Day theme for 2018.
