The Ericsson New Graduates Program starts with a 6 weeks off-site training about business manners, technologies and Ericsson. The Graduates will then join their respective teams and undergo a mix of on-the-job-training, classroom training and e-learning sessions while getting included on projects. It will give you the opportunity to diversify your skills and meet new people within the organization.

From day one, Ericsson will partner with you to identify and develop your skills. You will work on challenging projects with some of Japan's most prominent companies, under the guidance of an expert, and develop your career in the area you are most passionate about. Our Graduates have the opportunity to work with leading edge technologies, including 5G, Internet of Things, Cloud Technology, Data Centre, Television, and Media and Applications.
