Internship program

Ericsson Estonia was awarded the Best Internship Company of 2023. Come and experience it yourself!

Every spring & summer we welcome around 60 students for 2 months to experience their first professional experience in a global organization, with all the resources to grow and build their career.

What to expect as an intern at Ericsson: real challenges and hands-on work experience, a great relationship with a personal advisor and a motivational team, opportunities to grow and a competitive compensation.

Collaboration

Job shadowing program

We are organizing an observational internship for you to come and explore Ericsson!

During the 8 meet-ups between October and December you will be job shadowing various roles to collaborate with Ericsson experts at our Supply Site Tallinn, learn about different engineering roles, solve challenges on your own and with a team and improve your skills and knowledges to be more competitive for further internship or employment.

Only a selection of students will get an exclusive opportunity to see how we develop world-changing technology and drive innovation. It's a perfect introduction to Ericsson!

Open-elective subject in university

Every year we partner with a different university for easy & fun 3 EAPs - an open-elective subject during the second semester that will fuel your ambition of a career in the tech industry.

During the class you will delve deep into the captivating realm of 5G networks, smart manufacturing, and the dynamic telecom industry. You will witness innovation like never before as you follow the evolution of 5G products from concept to completion. During the last lecture you will get a a backstage pass to witness innovation unfold right before your eyes right at Supply Site Tallinn. Your guides in this journey will be our top-notch C-level executives and international specialists who are more than excited to share their wisdom.
