‘My job is to create stories for the customers, stories that tell about Ericsson and the positive impact the business can have on daily life for the customer and for everyone in society. Ericsson makes that easier for me by being a company that has such great stories to tell. The Networked Society is the greatest example. With this vision, we will be addressing global challenges, such as urbanization, poverty, access to education and healthcare, climate change and use of our natural resources. My life, both as a citizen and an employee, will be dramatically affected by the way Ericsson will connect everyone, everywhere in real time. That’s an exciting story to tell!
I also enjoy telling the story of Ericsson’s Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility initiatives, because they focus on so many areas of concern—human rights, anti-corruption, responsible sourcing of materials and occupational health and safety. For me, these values are a very important part of the company culture.
One of Ericsson’s Core Values is Perseverance, and that’s something I identify with because I try to persevere until I reach my goal. I feel that a solution is always possible, and Ericsson takes the same approach. Customers appreciate this, and it’s one of the reasons Ericsson has maintained its leadership role all these years.
As for the company itself, I feel like Ericsson is my second home. The company culture encourages the opportunity to grow and works to eliminate stressors. After so many years with Ericsson, I still have the same passion to work with the company, because there is always the opportunity to re-invent my own role or even change location. Important notice: fraudulent job offers
It has come to our attention that emails and job adverts have been created and circulated by unknown individuals for the purpose of attempting to defraud candidates.
