Rotation and Mentorship Program (RAMP)

RAMP is a 21-month-long individualized rotation program that allows individuals to gain cross-functional experience throughout the different business areas in Market Area North America (MANA). Each 6-month rotation is preceded by a one-month sprint focused on development. RAMP cultivates change leaders and impactful executors that strive to make our outstanding company even better through the orchestration of culture, process, and technology.

Program Timeline

Rotation structure:

The first rotation is foundational by design, allowing the participant to quickly learn about the Ericsson business, ways of working, and culture.

The second rotation provides a skills stretch of key strengths as identified by each participant’s mind map – a visual representation of interests, aspirations, strengths, and focus areas that is regularly updated throughout the program

The final rotation is an opportunity to explore the business at large and will be close to the participant’s graduation goals as possible.

RAMP provides a robust onboarding experience for each cohort with the first 30 days at Ericsson being dedicated to ensuring a smart start

30 day sprints between each rotation allow for end to end projects at a rapid pace both as individuals and teams as well as exposure opportunities to our MANA leadership
