Cecilia Atterwall

Cecilia Atterwall is Head of Marketing & Communications for Networks at Ericsson since July 2016, leading a team that spearheads the Ericsson narrative on the future of networks. Prior to her current role she led Ericsson ConsumerLab, a global research arm that has been providing unique insights on market and consumer trends over the past 20 years. Atterwall is a highly regarded speaker on the topics of innovation, 5G, network evolution, Internet of Things, consumer trends, and customer experience. She holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Monika Byléhn, 5G Marketing Director

Monika Byléhn

Monika Byléhn is currently responsible for driving Ericsson's global marketing strategy for 5G, the new generation of the mobile networks. Prior to her current role, she was a Networked Society Evangelist and an integral part of the Networked Society Lab, conducting research into how technology-driven transformation impacts industries, business, society and everyday life. Monika was previously the editor of the Ericsson Mobility Report, in which Ericsson publishes its forecasts and insights into the mobile industry. She has also managed a business scenario unit at the company, as well as been responsible for analyzing the telecom industry and its players. She has a venture capital background in the finance industry. Monika earned a Master of Science degree in Strategy and Marketing from Linköping University in Sweden and also served as Secretary of the Commission of Business Confidence set up by the Swedish Prime Minister's Office.

Fredrik Engströmer, Head of Marketing - 5G CORE, Business Area Digital Services

Fredrik Engströmer

Fredrik Engströmer has held an extensive number of Leadership positions at Ericsson, spanning Sales, Business Development and Marketing and including international assignments in Europe and Latin America. Within his current role as Head of Marketing for 5G Core within the Business Area Digital Services, he draws upon his specialist skills within 5G Core, 5G Business Cases, 5G Industry Digitalization, 5G Use cases, Network Slicing, Key Account Management, Leadership, Marketing B2B, Business Development and Sales of Telecom Networks, Services.

Engströmer holds a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering Physics M.S.C.E.Ph. from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, Sweden. As part of the Masters Degree, studies have also been conducted at the University of Sao Paulo Brazil. Spanish language studies performed at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico, and Russian language studies performed at the Uppsala University Sweden. Fredrik also attended several Executive business training programs, e.g. at Colombia University US, and Thunderbird School of Global Management US. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Swedish and is also highly proficient in Russian, French, and German.

Jeff Travers, Head of Internet of Things

Jeff Travers

Jeff Travers has 30 years' experience from the telecommunications and IT industries. He is based in Stockholm, and has held management and sales positions in global markets, most recently with Ericsson Russia based in Moscow, for Ericsson's Northern Europe & Central Asia region. He has experience as Ericsson Country Manager in various markets of the Middle East and North Africa.
His career began in IT with Coca-Cola Schweppes Beverages in the UK, followed by IT start-up Syan Ltd. He joined Ericsson in Stockholm in 1995 as a Sales Manager.
Travers holds a Master of Business Administration from IMD Lausanne, and a BSc Economics from the London School of Economics.

Marie Hogan, Head of Broadband & IoT, Product Area Network Systems

Marie Hogan

Marie is responsible for the strategic product management of the Mobile Broadband and IOT areas of the 4G and 5G radio access networks in Ericsson. She is driving the evolution of the 4G solutions to meet the growing demands of the already existing LTE networks as well as preparing for the introduction and deployment of 5G solutions and new enabling technologies that 5G will bring. She has represented Ericsson as a speaker at many conferences and workshops in Europe, North America and Asia.

Marie holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and holds a primary degree in Electronic Engineering.

Olle Isaksson, Principal in Group Strategy, Technology, and Emerging Business

Olle Isaksson

Olle Isaksson is based in Stockholm and engages with strategic customers globally on strategy topics related to IoT and 5G. He has more than 30 years of experience from global business development in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry, where he has held several management positions in Strategy, Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Management, with the core focus to deploy mobile ICT solutions on needs from enterprises. Today´s focus is on defining and deploying strategies for Internet of Things (IoT) and 5G in industry solutions and especially in transport systems for people and goods.

He is member of the boards of: ERTICO, ITS Sweden, RISE Viktoria Research Institute and The Forum for Transport Innovation, and member of the European Commission's ITS Advisory Group. Olle holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
